1. General Terms and Conditions

3. Age Verification and Minor Protection

Hhbd5 strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. Any use of this platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately.

Registering with a false age will result in forfeiture of all balances and winnings in that account, and legal action may be taken where necessary.

Hhbd5 does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are entirely governed by their own policies. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used on hhbd5.

Third-Party Payment

Depositing to hhbd5 from another person's mobile banking or bank account is strictly prohibited. Any such transaction, if detected, will be cancelled and the associated account suspended for investigation.

5. Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from hhbd5:

• The account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a Welcome Bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. Wagering requirements apply to this bonus. To withdraw bonus funds, members are generally required to place bets totaling a specified multiplier of the combined deposit and bonus amount.

General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

8. Prohibited Activities

If such activity is detected, all balances and winnings in the account will be forfeited, the account will be permanently closed, and law enforcement authorities will be notified where necessary.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Hhbd5 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide documents requested for account verification.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Order from a court or law enforcement authority.
• Due to prolonged account inactivity.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance before closure, but any bonus balance will be forfeited.

Inactive Account Policy

Any account with no login activity or financial transactions for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Logging into the account will restore its active status.

10. Limitation of Liability

Hhbd5 will not be held liable for the following:

• If a game or transaction is disrupted due to an internet connection issue or a fault with your device.
• Due to downtime or delays on the part of third-party payment providers.
• If services are disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
• If your login credentials are compromised due to your own negligence and accessed by a third party.
